Customer Service Design is headed up by Sue Elliott who has lived in New Zealand since 1997.
Sue founded Customer Service Design Ltd in 2005. Sue had previously worked as an international management consultant for 8 years with leading multinational consultancies. Earlier in her career she had established and managed innovative, award-winning, customer service operations including:
