Our Team

Customer Service Design is headed up by Sue Elliott who has lived in New Zealand since 1997.

Sue founded Customer Service Design Ltd in 2005. Sue had previously worked as an international management consultant for 8 years with leading multinational consultancies. Earlier in her career she had established and managed innovative, award-winning, customer service operations including:

  • Telephone banking for the Co-operative Bank (UK) and
  • Mail order for Marks and Spencer (UK)

Sue holds an International MBA from Bradford University (UK) (where she was 3i prizewinner) and a postgraduate diploma in Marketing.

Professional Accreditation

Sue has been

  • a qualified project management professional – a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
  • a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) cmc
  • CMC is the highest level of accreditation from the Institute of Management Consultants. For more information please visit http://www.imcnz.org
  • An SSC Gateway Reviewer for large Govt Projects

When more resources are required for larger projects Sue uses a network of experienced professionals and specialists to expand the team.
