Air NZ check in kiosks offer this choice of languages in this order. A common rule of service design is to know your customer base and design for them. Yes I can believe that English is the most used language amongst air NZ customers but is French really second and where is Maori (one of New Zealand’s official languages). Is Air New Zealand missing a trick here?
